Physical EducationHealthy lifestyle choices begin early! Today many children are developing health problems based on a lack of opportunity for physical exercise. Cedar River Academy provides daily instruction in physical education, along with outside recess periods and weekly yoga classes. Our beautiful playgrounds, which include a walking track and a covered play area, offer students opportunities to walk, run and climb. In addition, our semi-rural location Enumclaw, provides students a view of Mt. Rainier, in a historic building surrounded by stands of old growth trees, allowing for easy observation of daily changes in the natural world around them. Teacher: Traci Dodge |
