Grade OneIn grade one, our focus is empowering children to learn. Individualized reading instructions allows each child to make continued progress towards fluent reading. Our math program provides opportunities to learn and apply basic math skills within a meaningful context. Our longer school year offers increased instructional opportunities, allowing us to maintain a more relaxed atmosphere, which is more conducive to learning. Upon completion of first grade, our students are able to read to learn and are ready for the challenge of our second and third grade program. Teacher: Kristie Brame |
