Fine ArtsAt Cedar River Academy, we want each child to develop the skills of self-expression. In our classrooms, students utilize reading, writing, and mathematics to express their ideas. In our daily fine arts program, even our youngest children learn creative ways to express ideas through visual arts, music, and movement. In addition, our fine arts program helps students to develop an appreciation for the creative expressions of others. As many schools are limiting student access to the arts, Cedar River Academy is committed to it's art program integrated with classroom themes, not only because of the joy, knowledge and skills that are developed, but also to reinforce academic skills such as mathematics, science, and literature.
